i know we all hear statements like 'squatting boosts natural test', or eating 'anabolically' promotes testosterone, etc. How much truth is there to these statements? i mean i'm sure there's some reason people say them, but is there any significant change in testosterone levels of a healthy male who begins doing a squat routine?
(oh, when i meant diet, i mean foods that people say raise test, i don't mean things like fat, for instance, where eating fat when you previously weren't might raise test by correcting a deficiency)
