I managed to finally get 300lbs today! I'm so proud!

Here's a clip of it: http://media.putfile.com/Deadlift300lbsBad23

squat it all!

how you didn't hurt yourself is beyond me. i cringed watching your biceps and lower back moving when trying to lock it out. not to be too harsh on ya, but a deadlift should be a lot smoother than that, for safety's sake...

God.
That poor kid. I wonder if anyone has told him that that one doesn't "count".

Wow. That should be the first thing they show on the "How Not to Lift Heavy Things" video that they make people watch on Employee Safety day.

Or it's a chiropractor's dream.

Why can't I see this video? I figure that web-hosting site out once before, but now I've forgotten. Thanks.

Was that the Diesel Weasel?

And any of you kids that ever want to know what it means to hitch a deadlift, you've just seen it.

I don't think so. He deadlifts slighty more, almost as poorly. 'Twas my first guess too, though.

Edit:
I spoke too soon; here is idiot boy in action, showing that he doesn't know what a zercher is while trying to ream his own back:

Okay, I'm done, really. It had been a while since I laughed at his journal.

OK, lets not drag someone down... plus I'd realy rather not have this draw unwanted attention to the forum.
