i mean fish oil capsules, not the liquid (which def needs to be refrigerated as far as i know). i never refrigerated mine, but read something saying they needed it today.

I know flax seed oil and capsules should be kept cold. no clue on fish oil caps though. it certainly shouldn't be a problem to keep em cold, as long as they don't freeze.

i store all my vit& minerals in a cool place so i think it should be the same for the fish oil caps no?

it says keep them in a cool / dry place on the bottle. i read this in one of those garbage mags my store sells, either muscle/fitness, mens health, md, etc. can't remember, they all seem the same haha

My bottle of fish oil caps said keep in a cool, dry, dark place (65-78 degrees).

if it is capped than keep in a cool dry place. If it is bulk oil then definitely refridgerate!
