From http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

100g of raw boneless skinless chicken breast has:

23.09 g protein
1.24 g fat
110 calories

Per ounce (28g), this is:

6.47 g protein
0.35 g fat
31 calories

One more question....i weigh my food cooked when it comes to meat, and measure most other things dry... as in rice or oatmeal....

so for cooked chicken are those nutrients still correct?

As far as I know you measure it before its cooked(for meat)
