Canadians and Safeway chicken

Ok guys, i have searched the boards, looked online, and i can't figure out my chicken macros at all.....

Safeway chicken (thats where i shop) boneless , skinless chicken breasts....

someone pls help me out with the macros?

currently i think i have 47 cals and only 1 gram of fat......but this seems way too low

a link, a shrink, make it pink....i don't care...but help a guy out...b/c when i try to count calories with the various chicken macros i can find, the numbers are all over the place..

Finally I have some verification of the numbers i was more or less using......

One more question....i weigh my food cooked when it comes to meat, and measure most other things dry... as in rice or oatmeal....

so for cooked chicken are those nutrients still correct?
