View Full Version : What's wrong with mayo?

Really, can someone tell me honestly what's wrong with mayo?
I'm talking whole fat here, not the low fat kind with the weird carbs added. It's low in saturated fat, 1.5g sat. per 10g serving.
I know its not an EFA and there are better choices but really, as opposed to butter or any number of other oils what's so bad about it.

There's nothing wrong with mayo.
It's just calories. You gotta account for 'em is all.

i would say there really isn't anything wrong using mayo when bulking....but when cutting....like others have stated all the calories count, so you may end up looking for different options

Especially if you're on keto, mayo kicks up the fat content of your food. Mmm!
