ECA frequency

Is there a "reccomended dosage" for ECA stacks? I just ordered Nutrasport ECA stack, and was wondering. Also, do you cycle it? (2 months on 1 off). Thanks for all replies.:D :confused: :D

When I was cutting, I used 6 pills a day, 2 at a time, evenly spaced. Now, I use 2 on training days only, half an hour before my workout...

Generally, the guidelines say stay below 75mg of ephedrine every day...but that number has a lot of flexibility to it.

Wow! Really? I know you said it has flexibility but I thought it was 25 mg? 50 mg difference!

It depends on the stack that you are taking.
I used to take Ripped Fuel which reccomended you take 2 pills in the morning before breakfast and than 2 pills later in the day before working out or before a meal.

Now I'm taking Thermicore CRT which supposedly is time released and the recommended dose is only 3 pills in the morning before breakfast and that's it for the day.

It varies.

I personally don't cycle on/off. I only take my ECA stack mon - fri because I keep it at work and don't have it available to me during the weekends.

Also, the dosage will vary depending on body size similar to how alcohol works.

A friend of mine took one of my pills and got sick and dizzy. Even though the reccomended dosage was 2.

Hey Syntekz, I was wondering how Thermicore CRT is working for you? I was thinking about switching from Ripped Fuel to that when I'm cutting, but haven't really talked to anybody that has used it..

It's been working pretty well. It has been lowering my appetite quite a bit later in the day.

When taking hydroxycut, 12 pills per day was not enough for me...but if I took more I tripped out, heh...as some of you know ;)
