Okay I haven't lifted anything in over a year now and even then it was a fleeting attempt. I injured my wrist the last serious run I had and that took months to heal. I was a flabby 200 lbs or so a few months back and went on an almost no carb diet which puts me at my current weight of 165 and still flabby. I haven't weighed this little since I was 16 years old (almost 20 years ago).

Lemme see if I can do this right this time...

My first workout

atf bb squats 75 x 16

... so weak, was aiming for 20 reps. Next workout will be on Monday (upper body push or pull, not sure yet).

hehe yeah it cracks me up too especially when I say it out loud

yep that was it and I'm sure I will be plenty sore from it

Sadly, that set probably took about five minutes too and fortunately for me was done in the privacy of my own home. But.... I left nothing on the table.

Good old fashion pl-style squats. It's so depressing looking at the amount of weight on the bar and how difficult it is to move. On a positive note I have been eating like there's no tomorrow. Plenty of meat and plenty of sleep. I should be 250 in no time.

Great workout! I have to remember to take caffeine pill before training from now on and focus on people who pissed me off during the day.
