I am going to be 15 next friday and I hate my body. I am a boy that has been not obeice but big i currently weigh 187 pounds and I have started to lift free weights at least 10 mins a day and am taking p.e at my highschool and I want to lose weight. The doctor says I am normal because I am 6 feet tall and as i said 187 pounds. Nothing really works so if you have any exercises that work well or any easy diets that work well.

Well I havent eaten at night as much and if I do it is like grapes or sumthin. And for breakfast usually a waffel and for lunch a sandwhich fruit chips and a desert type snack and for dinner it depends on what my grandmother cooks.

Quick question how long do you think it will take for my stomach to go down and abs to show if I do the exercises from WBB1 and I diet?

You'll just have to start this and find out for yourself.

Put it this way - it'll go faster this way, then if you sit on your ass and eat chips.
