So, I'm just interested.. I'm sure theres some old threads like this out there somewhere, but I wanted to get some up to date info. Who designed your diets..?? ie. Did you take it from a book, hire professional help, use WBB or another forum for advice, or design it yourself based on your own needs and a combination of information sources?

ps. I use a design-your-own based on how I look, feel, what my lifts are like, what my immediate goal is (bulk, cut, etc.), drawing from information I've gathered over the years.

Thats kinda my point.. I recently joined a more commercially oriented gym, and noticed that a lot of people are using a very "out of the box" approach to diet and training, so I'm trying to get an idea if there is a general shift in that direction or not. I haven't paid any attention to the whole "diet" industry for a long time, so wasn't up to date.

I design my own, but after this bulk I may give UD2 a shot just for ****s and giggles.

Research, talking to people who have developed good physiques, then took all that and designed my own.

(now I just need someone to stand behind me with a whip to stop me from cheating on said diet!)

I designed my own, but got ALL my info (from food to eat to macronutrient percentages) from WBB. So I'm saying WBB designed it.
