Hello people

I weight lift for an hour at 10.00 am

My question...............

8 am oats + eggs etc

9.30 am My Creatine(4-5 grams+1 glutamin+3argirine stack with 8-9 fast carbs)


8 am empty stomach My creatine stack

8.45 am Oats+eggs etc breakfast.......

Which one first? Creatine will be close to workout in the first phase but when drinking it first in the morning i Heard it is fully absorbed.

any cmments?

id have it all at the same time or go with your first option

id actually go the second, my creatine container says 'always consume on an empty stomach'

You should be consuming creatine monohydrate with a carb source.
