I can put down well over a half gallon in a sitting without feeling 'uncomfortable' later ;)

Cottage cheese and mike forsure.
Before I go to bed I have 1-1.5 cups of CC and 2 cups of skim milk....

Same, great way to throw in some fat + protein to hold you overnight.
