I go to the boxing gym and exercise mon-thurs and on fri-sun I jog 3 miles a day and do about an hour of weightlifting. I'm trying to bulk up from 110 to 125. (I'm 5'4 13 almost 14)
Here's what I eat atm.
Breakfast - 2 cups cooked oatmeal with 1 cup whey protein and 1/2 cup milk in the oatmeal and 500ml water. 500 cals.
Lunch (school) - 1 cup brown rice with 2 cups 2% milk. (this and salad is the healthiest thing in the cafeteria lol, no skim milk. After this it's fries etc.) about 500 cals
Supper- 2 boiled potatoes or 1 cup rice with mixed veggies and it varies between chicken breast, steak, pork chop, ham etc. with 500ml water. about 700 cals
Post Workout- 2 cups cooked oatmeal in 1/2 cup skim milk with 1/2 cup vanilla whey on the protein and 1/2 cup vanilla whey in 250ml skim milk. Then about an hour later I have some green tea. (I like the stuff lol) about 600 cals
I usually get around 2300 calories, too many? too few? you decide
