Thanks guys, I am trying to eat a lot but I should be eating more.

The extra muscle is showing everywhere - traps, delts, arms - all showing off your recent gains.

Roman- Hm...I started lifting seriously with a real program January of this year. Started bulking some time in July.

ooo pics, how did I miss these? Lookin' solid, buddy. Those traps are killer and there is definite increase in chest and shoulder size between your last photos and these ones. Amaizing what 15 lbs will do eh? Constructive criticism from me: I'd put a little more time on the deltoid work and I really think that will help a lot with all your upper body lifts. Also, be patient, man, you really are gonna be a freakin monster in a few years. You are so lucky to have started early, you have no idea :) You have the added benefit of extra hormones working for you that most guys ten years older than you don't.
