It's called hard work in the gym. No "magic pill" that will make you ripped. I came in with that attidude. That's fine, a lot of people think this way.

What everyone will tell you, is HARD WORK. Supplements are just that. SUPPLEMENTS. Most people can't eat 6 "real" meals a day. Some can, I do 3 MRP shakes (Protein) and 3 meals. I am trying to shoot for 4 real meals and 2 shakes now.

So, supplements do that.. they aren't always equivalent to real meals, or better.

As far as E/C/A stacks and such. Thermogetics. I don't play with that, I am a bit worried on any effects it may have in the long run.

Anyways, bottom line. Train hard, Train smart, eat, sleep... and you will grow!!!

Promise.

ps. Don't lie to yourself. Lift, lift and lift and then eat Doritos at your buddies house. I mean, it just don't work that way.

First off you really need to tell us how you have been training and eating..

Thi will help us to see where you are going wrong...

Most people who fail to progress generally find they are overtraining as a result of too much weigjht training or a poor diet..

Fill us in on how you have been working out and eating :)

I would ignore supplements for the time being..

i have been training under our High School Athletic program(since i play football). I really hate our workouts. We do all muscle groups in one work out. Bench,Squats,Incline,Power clene, Deadlift and some auxillaries. I wish they would concentrate one arms one day then legs the next and rotate like that. Anyways we just came off on wining a state campionship and they are working our asses off b/c they want another. My diet isn't great, but i am in school and its hard to get in more than three meals a day. Sometimes breakfast then lunch(fast food) and dinner(homecooking...meat...potatoes..greens). I am not looking for a "magic pill". I work my ass off, but im not getting the results that i would like. I want something to help me and give me an extra edge. Thanks.

One thing I can tell you is that I wish when I was in HS, someone showed me those exercises and had me do them. I did stuff like chest and arms in HS and it got me absolutely nowhere. Diet is huge. Do whatever you can to eat more cals. Try and get at least 5 meals down. If necessary resort to meal replacement shakes or bars, but only if necessary.

Probably the mst important fault in your bodybuilding..

Sometimes brekfast ? ? Breakfast is the most important meal in the day your body is craving for nutrients after it has been not fed for your sleeping time..

The you have fast food for lunch.. Sorry but useless..

Good food makes you grow..

Basically you should be trying to eat 5-6 healtht meals a day..

To me it looks like you eat 2-3 of whih one seems good..

Always eat a good brekfast and try and grab healthy lunch and a few more meals too..

Hope that helps..

I really wish that i could eat 5-6 meals a day. With school it is hard to eat even three healthy meals. Would meal replacements or protein shakes help. What about weight gainer. Like i said i am not looking for a "magic pill". I am working my ass off, eating when and what i can, but im not getting the results that i want. There has to be something out there that will help me produce gains faster. Please help me.

Here you go:

1-eat breakfast everyday. Get protein, carbs and fat.
2-bring a sandwich with you to school and eat it inbetween classes.
3-eat lunch at school
4-eat something after school
5-eat dinner
6-eat something before bed

Give me some good reasons why this can't be accomplished.

1) Not possible to eat even a candy bar between classes in my school much less a sandwich. We have five minutes between classes and no food allowed except in cafeteria
2)After school i have track practice and then tennis
i usually dont get home untill 6:30-7:00

i can do Breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed.
What should i eat before bed?

Well, ask your teacher if you could eat your sandwich in the first five minutes of class and explain your situation. If not a sandwich, maybe a tupperware bottle with a protein powder in it and shake some water into it. If its a strict reform or prep school, you may be SOL. Before Bed make up a protein shake. Suck it down. Sleep like a baby.
