Well I thought it'd be funny to start a thread where we look back at our early days here on WBB and quote some of the stupid stuff that we've said. Don't remember much? Use the search function you n00b! (I don't know exactly how far back the archives go though, so there's a chance some of you won't be able to go back to your days as a rookie)

I know we have some people here who don't think that you can emphasize a certain part of a muscle BUT I was wondering what some good exercises are for my LOWER ABS. My upper abs are fine but lower abs suck basically.
Looking back on it, "some people here" probably was an unrecognized reference to those who actually know what they're talking about...

I am bulking right now and I definitely prefer dumbells when doing incline, decline, or bench press since I don't really need a spotter and can lift til failure but a friend of mine (who really doesn't have that much lifting experience) thinks that since I can't do as much weight on dumbells that if I lift dumbells while bulking I won't see as much results because dumbells focus too much on the "stabilizers".
Nice quote of me before I came to understand that diet decides whether you're cutting or bulking and gaining muscle. As a sidenote I went with the DBs and am still using DBs.

So for a while I've been wondering why the fat covering my lower abs hasn't been going away and today I noticed something. I just started a bulking cycle and today when i was pouring my Vitamin D Whole Milk into my cereal I looked at the nutrition facts on it and found that 1 cup of this milk has 25% the daily value of saturated fat. Now this wouldn't be that big of a deal BUT I honestly must drink a good 8 cups = 200% saturated fat a day.
Saturated fat is the one thing that I definitely try to avoid like the plague and finding out that this whole milk has so much of it is going to force me to buy fat free from now on. Just thought I'd let you guys know.
This one has to be my favorite... like the saturated fat in my milk was keeping my abs from showing... LOL
Well those are the only ones I could really find cuz I was a pretty long-time lurker. Let's see some of your guys'.
