to be honest i have the gyno paranoia too
as ex obese i know some guys see my chest as gyno-like
theres not much i can do about it, i believe on my tanned pics my chest looks more solid and theres not much gyno evidence, i am also 10# lighter there, on my whiter pics my chest looks softer
did u notice the gyno in any pic?, or just in the whiter pics?
is it me or just ex obese guys can notice that?
maybe guys that were always lean are more cautious or didnt say a thing about that or they just dont notice it
i am not offended by it, cause knowing that i had a big flabby chest is what introduced me to lift and to go to the gym everyday, if i have had a normal looking chest since the beginning, i wouldnt be at the gym everyday or be as fit, eventually being more healthy is what matters the most, i can thank that to my gyno or fat deposits on chest.
but i would like to know if its at least less noticeable on my tanned less bodyfat pics or is it the same??

i lost weight the worst possible way
however, it was the only possible way for me too
and i have found many other people that did it the same way and it worked
i dont know maybe has something to do with finding your own will power or finding that u can do something that you tought it was impossible
i went down from 310# to 170# in like 6 months
eating less than 1000 cal a day, just once a day (6pm)
and only about 4 different foods
tuna cans with crackers and fat free mayonnaise
skim milk with high fiber cereal
watermelon or apples
sugar free yello
lots of sugar free sodas
20 minute light cardio (stationary bike)
increased to 1 hr later
that was it, i went down to be skinny fat as people on this boards say
from there i regained weight and muscle eating more, lifting, eating healthier
more intense cardio each day, joining gyms
i have kept the weight down (with some fluctuations but nothing more than 10%)
