View Full Version : A Good Post Workout Shake and bedtime shake that doesn't taste like crap

So I bought some nitrean and man this stuff tastes greeeeat... ok its not awful, but I wouldn't call the experience enjoyable, right now my post workout shake is milk and sugar and and a scoop of nitrean, it tastes pretty bad, I'm going to target to buy a blender once I get some more funds, and was wondering what sorts of things that you people who don't enjoy the taste of protein add.

LOL...ive been using coffee creamer...the liquid stuff with flavors...pretty good...just watch the carbs though...

My shakes are vanilla or banana flavour whey, 400ml milk,3 ice cubes, 25g of peanut butter and i really enjoy them. Sometimes i add oats to them grinded up first that is and there nice as well. I enjoy having my shakes

choc./vanilla whey/banana/grinded up oats/milk or water and acouple of ice cubes.

PB sounds like a good idea, I'm gonna throw some PB and banana and some a little chocolate syrup I'll tell ya how it tastes after I invest in a blender,

Strawberry Whey with a cup of milk and 1/2 cup of no sugar added vannila ice cream. It's so good. Regardless of health, I would take it over a frosty any day.
