I started out in mid-June at 5'11'' 208lbs. at roughly 25% bodyfat...right now I'm approx. 162lbs. at 14%...been cutting all summer...never worked out before then...I'm just as strong now as I was when I first started, lost quite a bit of muscle, then put some on, it's about even right now...
My goal right now is 6-7%, at 155lbs-160lbs...
Is there any chance in lowering my bodyfat % during a clean bulk right now, I'm still relatively new to working out, i should still be getting some newbie gains, or should I continue cutting until i get my bodyfat % down to the single digits, then do small bulks and small cuts...
and is there anything wrong with eating the same thing everyday except cheat days?
