Just got a digicam, so pictures should be often. They are all ****ty, and I'm bloated like a cow as I just ate way to much.

Battery that came with camera is charging, so I'll get some decent pictures this after. Today I think is the first day of a bulk. Been cutting for too long. Down over 110lbs from about 14 months ago. During that time I went from from over 300lbs to ~200 as shown, and not being able to bench 95lbs to repping at 185. Plus, went from squating 95 to repping at 205 just in the past 2 months since I started squating. Legs are filling in nicely. Deadlifted 2x8x175 today, and I just started deadlifting ~3 weeks ago.

For reference, here is a picture I originally posted, July 3rd. http://members.cox.net/nvisokey/nick/DSCN2114.JPG

Chest appears to be lagging, but everything else looks good.

Calves are INSANE! :omg:

Thats a very very poor shot of my calves. You should see them with a pump. Veins all over the place. My friend said I should stop working them, but I say let everything else catch up.

Chest is lagging. Not sure what to do. Everything else has been going up constantly, but my chest just stays the same. I figured because I'm cutting hard, averaging 2300 cals a day I shouldn't be seeing gains. I think at this point I want to bulk for 4-6 weeks, or until my chest starts to fill in and I can rep 2 plates squating.

Congratulations on the weight loss. Bulking after being overweight like that is always scary the first time, but follow the diet stickies and you'll do fine. Yeah, and like Hockey66 said, great calves!

Jeeez how'd you get your calves so big?

Unreal

Genetics. I barely work them. Maybe once a week I'll sit down on the calve machine and put it to the max, and do 3x15xMax of whatever.

Can't decide if I want to bulk or continue to cut. Not as lean as I would like, but not as big as I would like. I know its probably better to bulk up to the strength I want, then cut back down, but day 2 into my bulk, and I'm getting a mental block on bulking. Keep thinking I shouldn't be eating this much because I'll get fat again.

Just start eating food like salmon an oatmeal, and lots of it, not fattening foods. and buckets of water...

Great calf genetics.

You'd be surprised at how much better your chest will look once you lose more fat.

I'm sure it would, but I want to be benching atleast 2 plates, and squatting two plates, and dead lifting 2 plates. So should I bulk up until I hit my lifting goals, then go back to cutting?

your calves are enormous, I hate you.

Comparison looks good, I see you learned how to tan as well.

Jake, I'll trade you calves for everything else. Find a way to make it happen. I got more then enough to go around.

Updated end of October pictures.
October marked a new best for deadlifting, and squating. Best for the month were
Squat 4x225lbs
Deadlift 6x235lbs
Sad but coming along nicely.

And even though my chest is straight out embarassing, its finally coming along. I hate posting front pictures because I'm a goofy fatass, but its motivation.
