i am still interested in taking vandyl sulfate but i am worried about losing weight. I don't want to lose weight but i would like to be more vascular and get fuller muscles and better pumps. So would vandyl be good for this without losing any size?
by the way I am still taking 19-Nor complex and the usual whey and a pretty high protein diet.

It probably wont affect you at all mb--like a lot of supps, they talk a good game but don't give the results. IMO, very few supps you can buy over the counter do anything (DHEA,zma, glutamine, hmb, ect) other than as S&Buff said-lighten your wallet.

Vanadryl is crap. The effective dose of Vanadryl is very near the toxic level amount. So in order for it to be effective you will be very near the toxic level. Not worth the risk. If you want something that works much better try Alpha Lipoic Acid.

i heard it works good with creatine, i don't use creatine much anymore because all it does is the bloating thing. Does it work well by itself or not?

ALA will allow you to store more glucose in your muscles, your muscles will feel fuller, you'll get better pumps at the gym, it's anticatabolic b/c you're holding more carbs, and it increases glut4 receptors, it's both water soluble and fat soluble vitamin, it prevents spikes in insulin, and it's good liver protector. Take 200mg 30min. before each meal. Excellent supplement IMO.
Make sure you get the pills however. ALA can't be exposed to oxygen or light or it will start to break down.

I'd just like to mention [although i'm not that clued up on it] that the ALA you buy in supps stores is not the natural form of ALA found in the body [the 'R' form.]
Infact, what you buy is half of the 'S form and half of the 'R' form. this is due to cheaper manufacturing and crap supp companies. Apparently recent research [i don't know which] indicates that the S-form may inhibit the effects of the R-form.
Only problem lies in the fact that purchase of R-form = rather expensive.
that's all i'll say for now.
