I have problem with my bench i need some tips i consider my bench really weak compaired to alot of people i can bench 280 pounds half way down but when i go all the way down i get lucky to get 235 why is it such a big difference?

Do squats and work the lats.

Eat. Lots, but good stuff. Get enough protein.

Use punctuation. (Okay, that wont help with the bench, but you'll look at lot smarter.)

Ok...For one...You are in the wrong to see how much you can bench for half a rep. 2 eat alot bench heavy, hit the tris and lats.

i already noe wut to work on its the delts i just have trouble with this muscle cuz i never worked it out i just started it working them out heavy a few days ago my bench is the weakest lift i got

I imagine you squatting 135 and pondering what a deadlift even is. Sorry, lol.

Do you squat or deadlift? What are those numbers?

your chest is weak in comparison to your triceps.

I agree with manveet, to strengthen your chest I would recommend you to throw in some sets of decline bench press.
