I bought some peanut butter recently but I'm unsure whether is it natty or not. The nutritional label states that every 2 tablespoons contains 16g of Fat and only 3g are saturated. They did not list what kinda fats are in the remaining 13g. Can I assume that the remaining Fats are all healthy fats?

if is natural PB (which is really the only kind which is good for you) then the remaining fats will be mostly monounsaturated fats which are OK

An easier way to answer that question is to tell us whether or not there was a layer of oil on the top when you bought it. If there was, its natty.

Read the ingredients, if the only ingredient is peanuts and perhaps salt it's natural.

If their is sugar etc...added, it's not.
