Let's start of with a proper introduction

I'm Ron, 19 years old and training for little over two years. Since I never could decide to go for either bodybuilding or powerlifting, I decided to do a combination of both. That means that every now and then you'll here me brag about the waits I lift :rolleyes: and at other times I'll upload some pictures.

My stats:
1.82m
185-189lbs
bf% dunno

Lifting stats:
bench: 2x242
squat: 1x352
deadlift: 1x451

I hope you guys would take some time to tell me what I should work on most. I've got some ideas for myself, but I was wondering whether you would come with different things, that I could work on too. :)

I would say youre chest is lagging but other then that I wanna see some wheelz.

Your legs look GREAT!

Yes, chest is lagging a bit, but with those wheels getting worked, and the rest of your training and your diet in place, that won't take long.

Your lats and tris look really, really good, and your traps are SICK!

shoulders are a strongpoint, and yes your chest could be brought up a bit
