well im going to cut for prom
heres how my day will go

2tbsp lglutamine
cardio 45min
1- 1can tuna ,broccolli, 4 caps fishoil
2- 8oz chicken,broccolli, 4 caps fishoil
3- .5c oats , 1 1/2 scoop whey
workout and 20 min stepmill
4- 10 egg whites, 1.25c oats , 4 peice stoneground bread
5- 8oz chicken,broccolli, 4 caps fishoil
6- 1 casein , 1 tbsp pb

ephedrine 25mg (3-4x)
caffeine 200mg (3x)
yohimbe ?mg (3x)
nolva 50mg/day ( using to supress estrogen and maybe boost testosterone)
tribulus 500mg (3x)

As far as i know, nolvadex doesn't work the way you are intending it to. Using an anti estrogen by itself will produce no positive effects on muscle gain. You're 14 years old for christs sake!

well as of this morning i am 183.5 so that is 1.5 lbs from last week so i will be keeping calories the same until it stalls
well today i got pissed in the morning because my coffee fell ovr all my homework i have 2 redo it. so i didnt do cardio in morning but i will do it after workout.

i think i am going to up my cardio ive been really slacking from what i planned to do . I also will be changin my diet and workout plan.

my schedual will now be like this

mon - off day 0carbs, 1hour cardio a.m and 15min hitt p.m
tues- Shoulders biceps day .75gcarbs per lb of bw, 1 hour cardio morning
wed-off day 0carbs, 1hour cardio a.m
thur- Leg day 2gcarbs per lb of bw
fri- off day 0carbs, 1hour cardio a.m and 15min hitt p.m
sat- Chest triceps, 1gcarbs per lb of bw, 1 hour cardio morning
sun-Back day 1gcarbs per lb of bw, 1 hour cardio morning

No need for so much cardio, you'll just end up losing more LBM than you want. I'd cap it at 3 sessions a week.

but ive been doing 45min sessions 6 times a week now and only loosing 1 lb a week . what about 1 hour sessions 5 days a week

You don't need cardio to lose weight. Eat less food.

And not *that* much less either, just drop it down 5-10% of your maint. is and see how much you lose per week. Cardio only aids in the loss of fat because you are burning a few more calories. But CC is right, have a better chance of losing LBM.

Some people would rather eat more and just do extra cardio.

It all depends on what you hate more, cardio or dieting.

Of course, at some point it just won't be feasible to expend more cals and you will have to eventually drop calories from your diet, but until then doing extra cardio isn't going to kill anyone.

lol i love my food but i actually like cardio so it helps me burn more calories. as long as i am loosing between 1-1.5 lbs a week i am happy because i want to start lean bulking as soon as possible because i feel small in the gym (mainly because i go when all the competitive bodybuilders and the mokes lol)

well today i celebreted my birthday because my parents are gonna work on sunday and saturday i am going to a bodybuilding contest and taping the olympia. So my dad told me hes going to take me to the sushi bar today for dinner. so heres my day

1- 12oz steak, 1 baked potato, 2 peices birthday cake
2- 8oz chicken,broccolli, 4 caps fishoil
3- 8oz turkey,broccolli, 4 caps fishoil

4- all i can eat sushi and chicken and crab
5- 1/2 scoop casein , 8oz carb countdown milk, 1 tbsp pb

chest and shoulders i will post weights later
