My diet of 5000+ calories a day is right near 50% from weight gainer and milk. I'm not sure if this should concern me or not. Two full servings of weight gainer gives me 2000 cals and a 1.5 liters of milk is ~750 cals.

What is your daily calorie requirement and how much of that comes from a liquid?

5000+ Calories and about 45% liquid

7000 calories and 100% liquid. On Saturday's I usually have one solid meal when I eat with my family.

It's a ratio dependent on my relative laziness for the day. Sometimes it's all liquid, sometimes none.

100% ? Is there a reason why you don't eat food? What does this all liquid diet consist of?

Cuz chewing is for suckas. Time constraints, laziness, and the fact that it's so easy to plan macronutrients ect when your diet consists of 6 1000 calorie shakes and 2 500 calories shakes. I work full time and go to college full time while applying to grad schools and looking for volunteer opportunities, a meal that takes 2 minutes to prepare and 30 seconds to drink is the greatest thing ever.

My shakes are as follows

2.5 cups skim milk
.5 cup maltodextrin
3 scoops whey or sometimes egg protein
1 cup of oatmeal

I will take away the malto and add 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil to my last three shakes and the 500 calorie one at night. Sometimes I use a banana or orange juice as well.

How do you find that tastes?

I actually really like it. It's pretty much just the taste of whatever protein you use, Mine is currently chocolote ON. I blend it for like 10 seconds drink half, blend for 5 seconds drink some more and blend one more time to keep the oatmeal at the top. Best meal as far as progress, ease and calories i've ever used. Plus its rediculously cheap.
