I eat a lot of this to stay full:

2 proten shakes/day
A bunch of natty pb
Oatmeal for breakfast
2 things of tuna for lunch
Dinner is a toss up and now I feel like **** I had 6 pieces of pizza and a meatball sandwich i'm ago throw up
apples bananas oranges

Since i've started doing wbb1 I think i'm giong to take Omega fatty acids at bedtime. Protein shake when its rise and shine

Any comments?

I'd think with 6 pieces of pizza and a meatball sub and lots of pb hed have more then enough fat.
