I have hit a plateau on my bench and I desperately need to push through it. I was thinking about a westside routine, like this one

one question I have is why is it that on Max Effort bench day your supposed to do incline close grip???? why not just regular grip on flat bench?? also does this routine look good for breaking through a plateau??

This routine is not for breaking through a stalled bench.

What are your goals?

At 140lbs, I would say to EAT MORE FOOD...

You've for a very respectable bench for your bodyweight and height.

Keep eating and keep lifting. You're not ready for Westside.
