OK, often even though I usually work out daily. Like when I wake up it looks like I retain water in my face and even in my body. Then after I work out a few hours later I am fine. Why does it do that? Am I drinking ot much water?:confused: :help:

it could be what you are eating, what are you eating before bed? and how much water are you consuming a day? and drinking more water can generally help your body to counter act its retaining. water is amazing stuff it will help to regulate itself in the body if you keep drinking it.

I 'm sorry I don't have any answers to your question, but, I too seem to notice that sometimes. I find it happens though to me if I haven't drank enough water. (which makes sense) I've also noticed my water retaining seems to increase anytime my general health isn't quite so good. As well, ever since I've moved into my own appartment, I have noticed a change in my states of retention. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the place being warmer/stuffier than when I lived at home. :confused:

my father once told me added stress in your life can cause your body to do things different then the norm. Stress plays a major role as well as adapting to new environments, gave yourself time to adjust and just make sure you are keeping yourself hydrated.

See I was thinking that maybe I was dirnking to much water LOL. It's all I drink! I drink at least the required by far! I am totally stressed out but I wont be able to let that go for at least till March/April:cry: ahhhh well I figured maybe there was somethign I could take to get rid of it...its funny when I wake up I look like a stegpuff marshmellow girl..then work out and my face isnt puffy ne more!
