Ok guys, I've been screwing around with protein shakes for awhile, and I've figured out a very good recipe for people who don't have good tasting whey protein (me :rolleyes:). These aren't exact, because I've never measured them out except the milk and whey protein:
1 1/2 Cup Milk
2 Scoops Whey Protein (chocolate)
3 tbs. Creamy Peanut Butter (approx.)
3 tbs. Hershey's Chocolate Syrup (approx.)
1 small Banana
6 Ice Cubes.
I'm actually drinking one right now, and it's really good. Let me know what you guys think.
