hey guys, im new 2 this site - n need ure help! im lookin 2 build up some muscle now, its about time... but the problem is that im BLOODY skinny!

i need 2 know what to eat in order to get fat fast so that i can build into muscle!

(i am gonna order NLarge2, but if thats a bad idea, let me know)
