I know what you mean, I've had lower back pain almost my entire adult life. I've gotta be real careful when I do deadlifts or squats. The squats seem to aggravate my lower back more than the deads though.

Hey nick envoie moi donc ton split je veux voir ca!!!! criss tu prend 2 dumbbell de 105 pour faire du incline tes comme moi tu tien ca le plus court possible comme workout tu fait tu juste lateral pour epaule en tout cas donne moi des news
