i was just wonderin cause the card is a little more organized...thats all, i have it on notebook paper right now.

Anyway, Google "workout card" . You'll get dozens of options. Download the one you like best, and voila, free workout cards (plus the cost of paper and ink....). Or just take a look at what's out there and create your own. Now might be a good time to brush up on those Excel (or Quattro) skills.

Doesn't your gym have them?
