I am currently on a six-week cycle with Axis-ht and muscle milk to increase both muscle mass and leanness. I found a good diet but am unsure about what cheeses should be eating and what if any dressings should be used on salads. Any input is appreciated.

By the way, ROFL that you call it a cycle. If that qualifies for a cycle then I'm currently doing a cycle with my multi vitamin and some whey powder.

You do realise that supplement is goin to do absolutely zero towards your weight lifting goals. If you want to grow, all you should worry about at the moment is learning how to eat. Read the stickied threads in this forum especially the "what a bodybuilder eats". Forget useless supplements like this.
