dont know if this has been posted before, but i thought it would be a good idea to have members post what they eat to get those calories in.
for eg.
one of my new favorite snacks or meals has been 2 peanut butter and banana sandwhiches on whole wheat bread with a glass or 2 of milk to wash it down. This equals around 1100-1200 calories. Just depends on how much PB you use.
anways, without using the link to "what a body builder eats" (caz we've all seen that) :P .. post what combinations of food or whatever you eat for high calorie meals.

1 packet of jell-o low fat butterscotch pudding
2 cups whole milk
make the pudding and let sit
just before eating add 1 1/2 cup of oats and 2 scoops of chocolate whey
Rings in at just under 900 cals and tastes awesome!

2 scoops whey
2 cups milk
1 cup oats
1/4 cup natuarl PB
blend and drink
1000 calories in about 2 minutes

not so healthy would be a whole pizza or a box of Kraft dinner with fish sticks or 4 or 5 Quarter pounders

In the spirit of Canadian Thanks Giving I just had a huge leftover turkey dinner that totaled about 1900kcals. Yesterday's was probably even bigger since I also had dessert (I didn't bother counting calories because I knew I would have no problem getting enough).

I hope you guys dont do this often. I'd imagine thats a path to obesity and bad health. I'm guess your talkin about a cheet every few weeks to a month.

Man I'm having withdrawls. I'm on a bulk, but trying to eat as healthy as I can so I keep fat to a minimum. It's hard getting over 3000 calories when junk good is taken out...

i dont know if thats the healthiest thing to eat but i have eaten a gallon of chocolate chip cookie dough, 4 slices of meat lovers pizza, and a half gallon of whole chacolate milk. I wanted to vomit so bad because all that dairy got warm inside my stomach and gave me THE WORSTE stomach ache and diariah.

Yeah really.

A gallon of cookie dough though? I can't believe you didn't puke... That's just rediculous. Cookie dough is dense as hell, I can't even imagine how many calories a gallon of it was...

A small pepperoni pizza from Boston Pizza is around 1400 calories. Throw in some milk and you can top 2000 easily. Sweet.

No idea how many calories (tho its got to be a lot), but I've recently gotten into making my own burgers and I'm lovin them (so are my flat mates!).

Lean steak mince (good quality)
Onion
Herbs
Garlic
Some bread crumbs

I usually make them about 4cm thick and pretty wide.
Add a slice of chedder to the top in the last few minutes of frying.
A slice of bacon on that (if i can be bothered).
Some salad to go with it
Pint of milk for beverage

These things are monsters, I can usually only eat two (or three at a push). Probably the tastiest thing i can cook and not too hard or time-consuming either.

Chicken Breasts on my George Foreman Grill. Done in 5mins. Slap it between 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread..add 2 peices of American cheese and inhale it.
Sometimes I don't even chew...I just let the whole milk wash it right on down.

My favorite is a Wendy's Triple burger (I don't like cheese on my burgers, or most anything else except pizza--I know, I'm wierd). Once a month my buddy and I go out and have two of 'em. And no mayo. Each one has 810 cals, 45g of saturated fat, 36g carbs, 63 g protein.

Another buddy of mine likes what one deli here calls a "Slider". It's simply a pork roll/egg/cheese sandwich. But this is no ordinary sandwich. It's on a hard roll with, like three fingers of meat, four slices of cheese and two or three eggs. Massive!

For those of you who don't know what pork roll is (it's sometimes referred to as taylor Ham), it's the nectar of the gods in meat form...(I couldn't find the nutritional info...but it ain't good for the cholestorol, I'm sure...)

my fav. is the Famou's Dave's: Dave's Burger. 1/2lb burger w/ jack cheese, two pieces of bacon and their own bbq sauce. W/ corn on the cob and french fries and 1 corn muffin. and we always got 1/2 doz. more corn bread muffins to split. They of course we're slathered in butter.

Best fries are Boardwalk fries. So greasy, but so tasty. Douse them in salt and malt or white vinegar and it's a meal fit for a king!

If you've never had them, try the salt & vinegar potato chips they have out and you'll get about a 1/4 of the flavor I'm talking about. Or just come to the Jersey Shore!
