juist a few q's//
1. what is te importance of eating carbs after a workout?whatd eos it do ect.
2.how may carbs should u aim to eat before a workout and how muc before is that? 2 hours? 1 hour?

I like to have a liquad carb like a shake with oats in or milk drinks about an hour - 45 minutes before a workout. I cant eat solid food or i feel sick. Having carbs after your workout helps with ure insulin spike i believe

carbs. are there to replinish the glycogen that you used while working out and to promote insulin response to shuttle the nutrients to your muscles.
