This is my current bulk:

8:00am - Opticen MRP Shake w/1 scoop Nitrean protein mix, 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Natty PB, few scopps of chocolate ice cream

9:30am - 4 eggs overeasy, sausage patty, 2 pieces toast

12:30pm - Either chicken, steak or turkey for lunch

5:30pm - Opticen MRP Shake w/1 scoop Nitrean protein mix, 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Natty PB, few scopps of chocolate ice cream

7:00pm - Either chicken, steak or turkey for dinner

9:00pm - Opticen MRP Shake w/1 scoop Nitrean protein mix, 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Natty PB, few scopps of chocolate ice cream

Is that too much olive oil and natty PB? Should I maybe take some of those out in the shakes later in the day?

If you're not pooping out oil, then I say the calories are useful. And what these guys said. Maybe add some fiber to your diet for balance.

I agree add fiber. I personally would substitute a bunch of that fat for carbs, but that's just cause I do much better on a high carb bulk and see a greater benefit from it. But if it's working for you, great.

I am only 2 weeks into my bulk so can't say how well it is working for me yet. What is a good cource of fiber?

whole-grain bread,fruits,veggies,brown rice,beans etc..

My main source of carbs and fiber is oatmeal. It's easy for me to get in a lot.

Yeah some oats would probably go well with those shakes.

Avocado. High in both fat and fiber.
