Hey guys, its my before and after time..
May 15th, 2005 is when these pics were taken (befores)
After was taken about 5 minutes ago!
Please, please, tell me if you see ANY differences at all, advice, and if I am gaining decently for the time. I couldn't get a back pick due to no help, but I have noticed a lot of improvement back there (traps are bigger).
Around that time, my best bench was about 135 lbs, and my best squat was about 135 lbs..
Now I attempt 185 every session in bench and 225lbs in my squat every week! So the exercise gains are there, but are the physical? I see that I filled out more, but does that filling out include muscular growth?
I mean everything is rock solid now, bis, tris, and my quads especially from squatting!
