for a person like myself, working out to get as good looking and in shape as possible, is the added cost of whey isolate justified or will concentrate do me just fine?

for the few grams of protein extra that you get I'd say Isolate isn't my first choice

Since shakes should only be a small part of your total daily protein intake I shouldn't matter. IMO isolate tends to taste better and concentrate can give people digestion problems.

WPC is 80% protein. Isolate is about 90% protein. Why in the world would you pay double the price for 10% more protein? Makes no sense to me. And WPC also has lactoferrin which aids in growth, something not found in Whey Isoplate.

its not really about getting 10% more protein, but more i think what you ARENT getting in the concentrate. (ash and other impurities, etc) To people with sensitive digestive tracts...it can be a big problem. I went from a cheap WPC to High5 which is more expensive. But my stomach and intestines are thanking me for it every day. Ill never go back. :drooling:
