Hey, easy research grants like that pay for their babies diapers. Every scientist needs a gravy grant now and then.

"Excerise makes you healthy!"
"Melting ice caps raise water levels!"
"A rolling stone gathers no moss unless it rolls through a moss bed in which case it does gather moss but it's a matter of transfer over accumulation so you know what we meant!"

At least that "Research" is somewhat true. It's better than the fake research they have that supports doing 500 sit-ups a day for ripped abs that some magazines use as filler...

Nothing new in this study, I've read this many times before. But it's pretty accurate, so it's always a good idea to remind those couch potatoes out there.

Remind who...? The 60% of Americans that are overweight or obese?

interesting fact - that number they get about the percentage of americans overweight is only based upon height and weight. a lot of us are in the overweight category, but we're a lot healthier. the number is misleading
