I'm sure some ppl get service through them, I think they serve 27 states. Anyways, my buddy works for a company that handles some of their customer service calls about disconnects. Basically if you call in and tell them you want to switch to direct tv or satellite and you want to disconnect your service because you are unsatisfied with it they will give you a great deal. I was paying 92.00 a month before for 1 dvr box(a tivo/cable and hdtv box combined), road runner and basic digital cable. Now I'm paying 79.00 for roadrunner, a extra cable box, my original dvr box and hbo & demand for 18 months which would normally cost about 115.00 a month. The deal is even better if you don't have a dvr yet because they will replace your regular cable box with a dvr and you now have the extra box to put in another room. All in all depending on how much you pay now you can get 115-130 dollars worth of service for 79 bucks.
