I've been doing sprints and lots of cardio, workouts usually are taking like 90minutes-2hours (Warm up, Stretch, Sprints, Weights, Pylo's, Stretch). I've got school, work, homework, and other stuff so sprinting is just taking up too much time.
What would be a good routine to do, if i'm looking for a sprinter look...? Probably lots of squats, lunges, hamstring, and calve work? Lots of upper body work... cardio a couple times a week?
If you could help me come up with a weekly split that would be great, thx
