ok, i'm 5'11" and around 218 lbs. right now. I lift (routine is posted in the bodybuilding section) along w/ my cardio. I started to eat healthier, and try to watch it, but i'm not sure i'm doing it right. I need to lose this fat, so what can i do, like example wise on eatting? i wanna try to do 4-6 meals a day. maybe breakfast would be this:
1 serving of special K cerial
Lunch 2 turkey and cheese sandwhiches on wheat bread
Dinner is usually some sort of protein and a veggie, it varies between alot of stuff.
then about 2 hours before bed another serving of Special K.
would that be a decent way to look at it?
BTW...all i drink is water, or propel.
