You could do with a few cups of green veggies, but overall, not too shabby.

I think your calorie count is wrong.

TOTAL
Protein 230g
Carbs 496g
Calories 2716g
Fat 93g

(230+496) X 4 + (93 X 9) = 3741

Built does that sort of formula really work because you can eat certain types of food which can have loads od cals in and not alot of protein and some foods such as chicken breast which has loadsa protein but little cals. Just a thought ??

sorry about the calories count but do you think that might be to many calories for a 160 pound 15 year old or do you think it might be to much protein

If your bulking no. Only problem I see is the bedtime snack. I would replace sugar/carbs with protein. Either a shake, cottage cheese, some meat, or something like that. If you have to eat a sugar loaded granola bar and banana, eat it first thing in the morning.

And I don't know what type of bread/bagels your buying, but cal count seems way too low. A slice of wheat bread I buy is 120 cals, and a normal bagel is around 300 cals or more.

i counted
275g protein x4 = 1100 / 37%
268g carbs x4= 1072 / 36%
87g fat x9= 783 / 27%

2955 calories

id have more than a pb sandwich for a meal at 930, add in a couple cups of skim milk or a protein shake there.

Ditch granola bars entirely. You want a cookie, eat a cookie. Granola bars are junk food.

Exactly. Look at the ingredients of a granola bar, and a cookie. People think they are some how healthier or better. Its just some grains coated in sugar. I would stay away from anything loaded with sugar/corn syrup, but if your a scrawny little dude bulking, it may not hurt for the extra calories.

I would add some malto/dextrose to your post workout shake. Start of with a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein. So Nitrean is 24g protein, so add enough malto/dextrose to make up about 50g carbs.

yeah calvin is right, if you add up his carbs they come to 268. And mike is right, you need some carbs pwo. Be it malto/dextrose, oats...
