im currently trying to cut this has been my diet for about a month now:

breakfast: 40g bowl of fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk

mid morning: protien shake

Lunch: 2 chicken fillets with new potatoes and veg and a protien shake or pasta with sauce and chicken fillets with a protien shake.

tea: tin of tuna and a protien shake.


during the day i drink about a litre of pure orange juice aswell as about 14 pints of water,maybe more depending on the weather.


can someone tell me what im missing from my diet? the problem is that although im not hungry any more im not losing any weight even though im doing more and more C.V work.

you need to go to fitday.com and track your calories everyday for a week if your not gaining or loosing take 500 hundred off that

Indeed. Nobody should be drinking fruit juice. You want fruit - eat fruit. Don't drink it.
