hi everybody, 2 weeks ago i injured my wrist by doing barbell curls and it still hurts bad when i lift weights (or even when i bend too much the hand forward or to the right... in fact, i can do pushups just with my knuckles on the floor, not with the palms), so i've decided to take another period off (which will be between 2 weeks and a month, according to how much time it will take for my wrist to heal)
are there any exercises i can do which don't include hands' use?
the only one i can think of is lying leg curls...
i'd like to concentrate mainly on the legs, since they are really skinny... when people see me without a shirt, they guess i'm around 165 lbs or so, while i'm just 150, because of my chicken legs... they have improved a bit, due to muay thai training, but they are still really thin
also, since i won't be working out a lot (probably i won't be workin out at all, besides lying leg curls), should i stop eating big? i mean, will all the proteins and that stuff go wasted because of no workin out, or will they still add mass to the body?
