i decided to do a before and after, after 24 months lifting.
comments appreaciated tel me what you think. 1st is before the second two are after funnily enough :read:

thanks getfit the legs are coming along slowly but getting there ill have to wait and see.
my stats are :
arms- 15 inch
forearms-12 inch
chest- 42 inch
stomach-3 35 inch
back-23 inch
quads- 22 inch :cry:
gastro's- 15 inch :cry: :cry:

overall
187 pounds
85 kg

Congrats on your gains. I don't think those pictures do you much justice though. Did you get anymore before ones and after ones in actual bodybuilding poses? It would just make it a lot easier to see how much progress you've actually made.

You do look thick (and a big improvement from your start pic).

It's hard to tell your BF% though, from that pic.

Also, do you work your legs or are you leaving those out until you can make them presentable?

i do work the legs surprisingly they are my strongest in the gym but they look very lame i leg press 179kg
i have no idea about my bf but i do have a bit of fat and i like it seems that everyone on these kind of boards arnt into it but each to his own i guess.
i wiegh 13 stone 10 pounds which is 195 pounds.
work out
pyramid set on the lat pull down 94 kg - 54kg (and back again)
bench press 8o kg (3 sets 8 reps)
bicep cable 30kg (3 sets 10 reps)
tricep cable 35kg (3 sets 10 reps)
chest press 70kg (3 sets 8 reps)
leg press 179kg (3 sets 12- 15 reps)
shrugs 26kg (3 sets 12 reps)
dubell shoulder raises 16kg (3 sets 10 reps)
