I filled out my foods for yesterday and what I've eaten today so far.

Looks like I'm overloading on protein, should I try to cut down on my protein or not?

I really am pretty ignorant when it comes to nutrition so any advice is welcome.

Actually, just 116.5 ;)

The sad thing is I always eat this much, but never seem to gain anything. I am getting stronger in what I can lift, but can't seem to grow in weight.

Is there any explanation to this?

If you ate 3684 every day for a whole week and you didn't gain ANYTHING, then you just need to eat more.

Try to keep your min cal intake no less then 4k/day.

Dry eggs? Are you sure on the cal count. 2 cups of dry eggs would make a **** ton of eggs. Are you sure you don't mean 2 cups of real eggs, which is far less calories/fat.

And agreed, at 116.5lbs I think you need to stop burning calories typing and eat. If you don't have food in your mouth as you respond to this, your doing something wrong.
