View Full Version : WBB1 Routine w/ Cardio

Hey all,

Well, I've been using WBB1 for about 3 months now. I have noticed decent gains. I don't see any physical change yet though, but that may just be from my viewpoint.

My original goal was to gain(or maintain) muscle, but lose fat by lifting heavy and lifting hard. Anyways, that's not panning out. I don't think I'm losing much body fat.

My question is, can I do 30-60mins of Cardio after every workout? Or should I do cardio on off days?

The best place to start is your diet, what is it and what weight are you lifting for wbb#1? How intense is it? How many calories are you eating each day?
Are you taking a protein supplement?

Losing bodyfat is a slow process but if you stick to a good routine and a clean diet it will happen.

I've been doing it for several months and can't speak highly enough of it. I only do cardio once a week by playing football but i'm sure someone will give you the pro's or con's with cardio.
