View Full Version : How far do you think I can ride this cut?

Week 13 is underway.

Height: 5'4. Weight: Down 11 lbs. 179 - 168.

BF: Down anywhere from 10 to 20%. It's about 17 or 18 from pictures I've found. It was somewhere between 28 and 36 (a stupid resistance scale put me at 42%. Woo.)

Strength: Up. *Way* up in some cases. I can flex parts of my body I was unaware muscles were located. Go, newbie power.

Still holding at 1700 to 1800 a day on average. The occassional 22 to 2400 thrown in for sanities sake.

Obviously, I'll keep it there until I a) hit my target body fat or b) stop losing weight. I'm just wondering, based on my height, weight, and current BF, if anyone can guess if that caloric deficit is enough to ride all the way to 10%?

If it's not... where could I take calories from? 1800 is barely enough to hit the macros I like to see as is (100 - 150 g protein, 60 g fat, 120 g carbs - yeah, I know that's 1640 cals if everything is bang on... but a perfect to the gram day NEVER happens in my life... and I'm starving on my 1700 days as is).

Throw in some cardio that will burn more cals without having to adjust diet
