I'm new to these forums but I like the journal section and how active it is so I decided to give it a try. I'm going on a 12 week cut to lose my flab, I'll post some stats tommorow when I can find my tape measure, I don't own a digital camera but I'm working on getting one so all I have for now is some pics that my friend took for me, I'll post them here and in the pic section.
